中國科學(xué)院天津工業(yè)生物技術(shù)研究所(簡稱天津工業(yè)生物所)是中國科學(xué)院與天津市人民政府共建的中國科學(xué)院序列研究所，位于天津港保稅區(qū)空港經(jīng)濟區(qū)。天津工業(yè)生物所肩負著創(chuàng)建工業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展生態(tài)路線的歷史使命，其戰(zhàn)略定位是以新生物學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)，以生物體的計算與設(shè)計為核心，發(fā)展生命科學(xué)，創(chuàng)新生物技術(shù)，解決產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中生物體功能利用的關(guān)鍵問題，促進產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化，服務(wù)經(jīng)濟社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

一、生物設(shè)計中心簡介

生物設(shè)計中心是在中國建立的集中研究生物技術(shù)應(yīng)用的計算模型方面的科研機構(gòu)，將為工業(yè)生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)工作提供計算方面、信息方面和模型方面的支持。中心主任Igor Goryanin教授，現(xiàn)任英國愛丁堡大學(xué)教授，天津工業(yè)生物所兼職研究員，日本沖繩縣科學(xué)技術(shù)研究所兼職研究員，計算生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域國際知名專家。Igor教授在英國最早開設(shè)了計算系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)課程，是多個國際合作項目如“Systems Biology Markup Language” (SBML) , “Systems Biology Graphical Notation” (SBGN)，“International E.coli Alliance” (IECA)的聯(lián)合發(fā)起人和核心成員，并開發(fā)了Edinburgh Pathway Editor、Systems Biology Software Infrastructure等軟件和軟件平臺及當時最完整的人類代謝網(wǎng)絡(luò)Edinburgh Human Metabolic Network。截止目前Igor教授在國際主要期刊發(fā)表論文118篇，著作兩部及11個專著章節(jié)。2009-2013年間，論文累計被引用4267次，h-index和i10-index分別為22和37。

二、招聘崗位與要求

根據(jù)生物設(shè)計中心發(fā)展規(guī)劃和工作需要，現(xiàn)面向國內(nèi)外招聘高級模型開發(fā)人員1名，程序設(shè)計人員1名。

1、高級模型開發(fā)人員

工作職責：

•Play the lead role and make sound judgments while coordinating with the Principal Devloper and other members of group in designing, developing, and distributing biological models for genomic analysis, systems and synthetic biology analysis including metabolism, analysis of microbial community structure and function, and sophisticated data analysis­­. Define modelling requirements and take a lead role in determining the week-to-week direction of the work. Identify problems and recommend viable solutions to modelling and data management issues.

•Demonstrated skills, knowledge and work experience in engineering and computer science.

•Strong interest in biology especially in regard to functional and/or comparative genomics, microbial ecology, genetic networks, metabolic engineering, systems biology, and/or synthetic biology.

•Demonstrated experience with creative problem solving.

•Experience in scientific software design and engineering, mathematical analysis and (preferably) modelling of biological systems.

•Experience with developing applications to display/visualize scientific (preferably biological) data.

•Experience with a code management system is desired.

•Must posses high analytical skills and experience working with projects of moderate scope where data requires a review of identifiable factors.

•Background in computer languages and experience with scripting is desired.

•Ability/desire to creatively work with problems in comparative and functional microbial genomics and in systems biology, preferably kinetic modelling, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

•Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to accomplish goals as a team member.

•Ability to collaborate with a team of scientists.

•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with modellers, programmers, engineers, post-docs, graduate students, and undergraduates from diverse backgrounds.

•Must have ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.

•Experience in using systems biology software for modelling and simulations

•Experience with tools such as Matlab and Mathematica.

•PhD or equivalent, Five years of experience developing software in a research or technical filed or for scientific applications.

2、程序設(shè)計人員

工作職責：

•Work with other Biodesign Centre members to plan and implement User Interfaces, APIs, and Data Standards for linking core resources and databases in the BDC computational infrastructure.

•Work closely with users of the analysis software to ensure that their needs are being met. Work with users to test and debug applications. Prepare presentations and papers for internal use, conferences, and peer-reviewed publication. Maintain accurate documentation and source-code control for all work-product.

•Ability/desire to creatively work with problems in comparative and functional microbial genomics and in systems biology, preferably kinetic modelling, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

•Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to accomplish goals as a team member.

•Ability to collaborate with a team of scientists.

•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with programmers, engineers, post-docs, graduate students, and undergraduates from diverse backgrounds.

•Must have ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Senior Software Developer qualifications:

•Five years of experience developing software in a research or technical filed or for scientific applications.

具有以下條件：

•Masters degree or higher in computer science.

•Experience with tools such as Matlab and Mathematica.

•GUI design and usability testing experience is a plus.

•Familiarity with dynamic, interactive web based applications.

•Familiarity with concepts inherent in developing data standards.

•Experience writing shell scripts.

•Experience with modern virtualization technologies

•Experience working as a Full Stack Developer: front end HTML/JavaScript, mid layer web services, and backend database as well as experience with the application hosting and deployment environment

•Experience with various software development methodologies.

•Some familiarity with scientific workflows and scientific computing.

•Coursework in microbiology, genetics or general biology.

•Familiarity with online public sequence and microbiology databases.

•Familiarity with genome sequence data and analysis.

•Some Familiarity with kinetic modelling approach

•Familiarity with metabolic pathways and enzymology
